34) Haiku: rainy days

Drops fall one by one

From the drooping eaves of Banyan

Moss cushions the stones.

Cheeky chirping of birds

Soaks the rainwashed morning

The concrete tank filled to brim

Butter-yellow butterflies

Flickers over long grass

As I peered through the sunwashed fence.
